Returns/Exchanges
Earrings can be returned for a full refund or exchanged within two weeks of purchase if package is unopened, in original packaging.
Store Credit
Store credit will be offered to customers instead of a refund once the earring package is opened, and/or two weeks past the purchase date.
Quality Assurance
Ear Jazz guarantees the quality of our wooden earrings for our customer's satisfaction. If you notice a defect with your earring, please notify us within 48 hours of your order receipt.
